Shipping & Returns

  • All original paintings and products (tea towels, cards etc) are shipped from my location in Orange, NSW, Australia

  • Prints are made and shipped by my trusted partners, Southern Buoy in Victoria and are made to order.

  • All pieces will be packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders for prints and original paintings include free shipping in Australia.

Product orders will have a flat rate of $10 applied at checkout.

Packages are sent via regular Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been sent.

PRINTS

  • My limited edition fine art prints are made by my trusted partners, Southern Buoy in Victoria and are made to order.
    If your order is rolled, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.

  • If your order is framed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.

You will be notified by email once your artwork has been shipped with the carrier and tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I ship my work around the world. Standard international shipping rates have been applied.

Swim Short Returns:

I’m discontinuing this collection so the shorts left are on sale and no refunds or returns are available.

Artwork and linen returns:

I do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

If your purchase is damaged or has been damaged during transit, you may receive a full refund, artwork credit, or an artwork exchange. Please see below for more information on my return policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email hello@sophiecorks.com when you receive the artwork stating the order number from the order confirmation. Please supply photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for my records to pass on to the shipping companies. I will then process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
